*NEWBIE CHECKING IN*
Hi girls!
I'm new here, well I'm not actually because I've replied to some of your threads but just not made an official 1st thread myself so I'm new to all you guy's. It seems weired as I feel like I've known some of you for ages lol and you haven't a clue who I am but anyway here's what happening -
I'm currently at 127lbs (my heighest), I'm 5'4-5" and I've just turned 21. I feel like such a F-A-T cow!!! I need all the support and tips I can get at the mo and it would be excellent if some of you lovely ladies could help me out?
My lowest was 112lbs and that's what I'm aiming for right now as I looked great when I was there.
I really don't want to fast as I've heard that when you start to eat again your body just turns it straight to fat as it's crying out for food so it's basically just sticking to a certain amount of calories a day - that's where I need your help...How many calories do you think I should stick to a day for my height etc. would 800 be ok?
Also, is there any good free websites where you can count your calories online etc?
One last thing lol, how do you girls take your minds off eating when you're hungry??? When I get hungry I find it sooooooo hard to take my mind off the food! So any tips on how not to think/carve etc. about food would be fantastic.
